Hello guys Today was a day full of surprises and it ended with me making a delicious chocolate creamy cake that turned out absolutely amazing. But before I dive into how the cake turned out let me tell you the whole story.

It all started when my cousin surprised me this morning. I had no idea she was coming and honestly it was one of the best surprises I have had in a while because I had no hint and there is no chance that she is coming.

I was at sofa totally in studying and watching lecture videos for my assignment. You know how it is when you are struggle with university work tests and assignments.

That was my morning. Then out of nowhere the doorbell rang and I still sitting bcz I don't know who were behind the door. my opened the door and still I didn't know about anything.

she came upstairs and came Infront of me and there she was standing with the biggest smile on her face. I was so shocked and happy. We hugged tightly and at that moment it felt like all the stress from university melted away.

Despite the looming assignments I forgot all about them. It was as if time slowed down and suddenly it felt like old times when we were carefree just enjoying each other’s company without a worry in the world.

We sat down had a lovely cha and enjoyed a cup of tea together catching up on everything that’s been going on.

Then my mom suggested we make something special since my cousin was visiting. It was already noon by that time and I decided to bake a creamy chocolate cake.
I gathered all the ingredients, whisked the batter and popped it in the oven.

When the cake was ready I carefully garnished it with chocolate and placed it in the fridge for a bit. After some time it was time to cut the cake. The moment we cut into the cake I knew it was a hit.
