Notebook...
Some folks love keeping record of all they do, they do it on a daily basis. They also keep it as a reminder of events that has occurred at one time or the other. Formerly, people make use of diary make these writing but now even notebooks are perfect for it.
I remember helping a friend of mine arrange her room when we were in the University, and I stumbled on a notebook containing some of the events in her life, past events. I was marvelled because I had no idea of it. When I narrated what I saw, she was surprised I found it.
It can be helpful to use the notebook, it will give a good memory.

Althoygh I write a lot on a daily base I don't keep a diary. I uldo use an agenda where I make notes. If I look back it does tell "the story of my life" or if blank I lost my interest or my mind no longer needs reminders.
