Ang ADOBO recipe ni sir @davinsh ๐ ๐ ๐
Nakaramdam ako ng gutom, kahit kakakain ko lang parang gusto ko matikman yung mga luto ni sir. Kaya nung tinanung ko kung kelan kaya ako makakatikim ng luto nya ang sabe nya gayahin ko na lang yung recipe.
Sangkap | Dami |
---|---|
Palm Oil | 1/2 tasa |
Coconut Milk | 1/2 tasa |
Vinegar | 2 kutsara |
Soy Sauce | 3/4 tasa |
Garlic | 5 Cloves (di ko alam sa tagalog) haha |
Onion | 1 maliit |
Diced Cheese | 1-inch |
Small Potatoes | 3 piraso |
Chicken | 1/2 kilo |
Pinrint ko agad yung recipe ni sir @davinsh at namili agad kami ng mga kailangan.
Sasakay na kami ng tricycle ng napakapa ako sa bulsa ko at napansin ko na nawawala pala ang aking wallet... Binalikan ng kasama ko yung mga dinaanan namin ngunit wala na syang natagpuan. Kaya't umuwi na lang kami para magluto. (Buti na lang fifty pesos na lang yung natira sa wallet ko.. "hahaha")

โข Set stove to medium fire and let your pan how. A smoke will signal its readiness to pour-in the oil.
โข Once you have seen ripples, not a coin cryptodict, what I mean is the small bubbles caused by the heated gas emulsifying from the liquid. If you see that, slowly slide in our potatoes and fry them. And if the potatoes' tenderness is enough for you, set them aside.
โข Using the same oil, throw in our onion. Don't wait for the golden brown, cook it just enough to squeeze its water substance. Then throw in our garlic.
โข When garlic turns golden brown, not Chris Brown, not Melanie Brown, nor Charlie Brown, but golden brown. Slowly lay those chicken meat.
โข Slowly turns to each side of the meat to tender. Then season with salt and pepper.
โข Next, pour in the vinegar and wait until its aroma spread all over your kitchen. Then pour the soy sauce circling all the chicken to ensure a balance of flavor as it will coat the meat once dried out.
โข If the meat's soy sauce is on honey-like stage, it's about time to pour in the coconut milk and the cheese.
โข Wait until our sauce gets thick signaling us to put back those fried potatoes. After some stirring, our adobolicious is ready to enjoy.

Wow! Astig! ang galing naman. Na try mo yung luto ko. Pilit ko pa din hinahanap kung ano yung mali napaalat yung version mo. Parang nakita ko na. I have a typo-error sa part ng toyo, tinoyo na. Dapat yun 1/4 tasa lang. ieedit ko rin yung post ko. Paumanhin sa pagkakamaling iyon.
