Watching Ant-Man And The Wasp with Bianca.
(no spoilers).
After dinner tonight Bianca and I wanted to watch a film.
On my app I saw the new Ant-man film was released!
I like the Marvel universe. Seen all the films.
The last few movies, and especially Infinity war, were a bit intense though (but very good).
For me Ant-man (part 1) was a breath of fresh air.
Lighthearted, not to complicated and just fun to watch.
Tonight Bianca and I watched part 2.
It's called Ant-Man And The Wasp.
Bianca never saw the first part but it didn't matter.
She had good time and no problem understanding the storyline from the previous movie.
We watched the film in Dolby Cinema 3D.
Dolby Cinema 3D is the only 3D experience I know that is worth the extra bucks and this movie is no difference.
The CGI is great and the 3D adds a depth (like the movie screen is a box) that is awesome. (It's nothing like 'normal' 3D)
There is also a lot of humour in the film, we laughed a lot.
It just fit the mood of the evening!
I know this review is not the best. I never write about films. I don't know how.
All I can say is that I'm a simple man.
I like all kinds of films as long as I am entertained/grabbed by what I'm watching.
Wether it's trough humour, action or emotion.
Characters also has a lot to do with it.
If I can't feel anything for the people in the film I just switch off.
This movie had me entertained from start to finish.
It's nothing life changing but if you into superhero stuff and want to have a good time I don't think you can go wrong here.

This is the reason I watch movies. I don't put much value in hat critics say in their reviews. They are paid to do these reviews. I just want to be entertained...
I also saw the movie last week, it was cool with a lot of humour. I really enjoyed my evening that day. Btw i'm happy you and Bianca are having fun, enjoy yourself.

Exactly. If you don't feel anything then it's a big struggle to stay awake.
Sometimes the first part of the movie is awesome, then the middle part is disappointing and the end is average. Or any combination.
Good to hear this movie is entertaining. So I will watch it.

No spoilers I thank you @exyle Ant man looked one of the more interesting Marvel films for me as I have always been fascinated with ants and wonder what it would be like if we was that small, there is better then normal 3d? maybe this is why I never really found it that great.
It was a fun movie indeed. I don't know if it's better than the first one or not, maybe not, but that's ok, It entertained me a lot. The final scene (a conection with infinity war) war awesome.
Been looking forward to this one for a while. Once this New York trip comes to a close, I’ll probably take @guthrie to see it. He’ll appreciate something a little more light hearted because the ending of Infinity Wars hit him hard, lol

At some point it sounds funny you talking about 🐜 Man. I actualy saw #1 so I’m not surprised it was a good movie. Anyway great review though!

Although Marvel has done a fantastoc job but the stories are bound to get complicated - I mean that is what makes them so great!
But somehow when Ant-man came out I felt that this was what I needed. Perhaps a change of pace. Like you, I liked that about Ant- man as well - The light hearted setup.
I am yet to watch the second part though............ I hope you guys enjoyed it :-)
