Vlog #90: Steemit blue paper is very handy + Steem price + Enjoying life everyday.
A day ago the Steemit team released a blue paper. HERE
I didn't know what a blue paper was so I printed it this morning and read it. It takes about 10 minutes to read.
It's basically a small recap of what the Steem blockchain is and how it functions without going to deep into the technicalities of it all.
It's very good to read and recommendable to everyone that wants to know a little bit more about the Steem blockchain.
Steem price is going really well. It's $1.60 at the time of writing. I know some of you bought Steem in that big dip not long ago.

Thanks a lot man for putting the link to the blue paper on your blog and bringing it up. It was a great read and while some of it was over my head presently, it gave great insight to what Steemit actually is, what it's purpose is and what it hopes to achieve. I feel I have a much better understanding of Steemit as a whole and couldn't agree with the conclusion more, Steemit is already functioning as a gateway for introducing new users to crypto and I see this continuing to grow as we move forward.

It is $1.5 now, still really good taking into consideration it was 0.07$ on 6th of March 2017 :) I have been Steemit user for only a few days and I love this idea very much. Of course, I was interested how the coin price behaved before, and I found it on the price charts falling from $3.5 to $0.07 and again gaining $2.4 with a correction to $1.5 - which is the current price.
@exyle as I see you are using Steemit for more than a year now. It is great you did not give up when seeing $0.07 a few months ago. Now you have a popular Steemit account and with your Reputation/Power level and interesting content you have a good chance to be another crypto millionaire soon. Steemit should skyrocket in coming months.

I bought Steem gradually in the long downtrend all the way to $0.07. I knew it would go back up I just didn't know where the bottom was.
I wish I knew about this website when the Steem was $0.07. I have no idea about the atmosphere around the Steemit project during that time period, but I am sure after seeing the website and the idea behind it, I had definitely purchased thousands of Steem. This amazing opportunity was just a half year ago, wow!
The point is even now is a good time to buy Steem. There are so many exciting satellite projects (like DTube) appearing constantly, it will definitely push Steem price up.
As far as I know Steem is the only cryptocurrency building so huge infrastructure around it. @exyle taking into consideration your experience around crypto, do you think there is any other project potentially building such a huge currency consuming infrastructure around it?
Steem is future of social media, it will affect the world like a thunder storm. Now It has been three months I am here and I really love it and cannot spend a single day without using it. I have made many good friends here and learning new things day by day. I check your posts regularly and they are very good to read and learn new things.

fantastic video @exyle, it's nice to hear about steemit blue paper and well i read it's few pages and yes it's extremely handy, any one can gain a knowledge after reading the blue paper that how actually steem blockchain works, you also talk about steem price and yes as expected with the increasing popularity of steemit we all expect a good boost in steem price and that exactly happens and steem is still moving in uptrend with 2$ is it's next target, as far as D-tube is concerned well i think developers know it and should try to fix it soon and i also like to say something about enjoying life and that is don't wait for things to be perfect before you decided to start enjoying your life. thanks for sharing
