Yeah party.😀 well I got a work out today with a cable haspel of 300 kg in my own nobody helped. Also like more then 100 metres trough dirt to the container at the end of the day. It was like the strongest man of the universe contest against myself💪

Man that's great. It takes time but after one year when you really see the big progress you never want to quit again. I definitely don't want to go back to 90kilos(without muscles). Low body fat is just sososo much better. Keep up the sporty spirit!!
