... Man, that was tough. Rice kept sticking to everything, slicing the fish evenly is also not easy and combining the two to make a sushi...o man. I created around 26 different sized pieces and shapes. Uniformiy...eermm well not today. I understand now why this is an art and why it’s so expensive. Taste was pretty damn good, although nothing close to a restaurant ofcourse. Total cost for the meal a little under $10.

Just practice more. I don't think restaurants are better. It is over 13 years ago I had a really good meal at a restaurant.
You just need to practise more. Restaurants are not better. My last great meal was 13 years ago. Most are okay, the presentation may be great but that says nothing about the food. 👍
