Extreme Jogging - Morning adventure

I'm back in South Africa after a week in Mauritius and also back on my local trails. I did a 13km trail run this morning, patching together a number of my trails into an epic technical route! I did start my run a bit late and the 34 degree heat burned me at the end. I just love my backyard. ;)
