Incompetence rules the world?

I understood in my life that absolutely incompetence reigns supreme everywhere.

Old millionaires invest in obviously failed projects. Top managers of the largest companies ruin them with hasty and infantile actions. Politicians are digging a hole for themselves, making one reactionary decision after another.

For some people, gravity seems to work in the opposite direction. They fall straight up. The more mistakes they make, the higher they fly.

This truth is revealed to everyone, but we respond to it in different ways. Some are frightened by the fact that the Universe is chaotic, there is no control and plan, and the government is very stupid.
They begin to search in absurd reality for meaning. I call such people "believers." They write on their knees one Bible after another, trying to explain what is happening. Thus conspiracy theories are born.

Some jokes

The people I call "atheists" easily agree to live in a meaningless world that is going nowhere. They cynically call everyone around idiots. In principle, they are right. I do not like to be a cynic, but here I am on their side. We are all idiots in our own way.

But this is not bad. Like all adults are grown children, so all successful people are lucky idiots.

It’s normal that our brain is not a supercomputer capable of calculating all the moves ahead. This is normal when a high-ranking official makes mistakes worthy of the newcomer himself.

We are all humans. We make mistakes gracefully and with imagination. Therefore, it is so interesting to watch us.

Humanity must be treated in the same way as our parents. Do not expect much from them, but also not too criticize.
