Diablo 3 Necromancer Overview
The necromancer`s skill tree packs a huge variety of short and long range attacks. What kinda of necromancer u will be is all up to you. Do you want to be a master of huge group of minions or u prefer to sacrifice your health so you gain additional power from blood skills ? Its all up to you !
PRIMARY :
Summons bone spikes from the ground that deal 150% weapon damage as Physical per second.
Generates 24 essence.
Level Requirement - 1
Slashes enemy with a summoned Scythe in front of you that deals 150% weapon damage as Physical.
Generates 12 essence per enemy hit.
Level Requirement - 3
Siphon the blood from the targeted enemy dealing 300% weapon damage as Physical and heals you for 2% of your total health every second while channeled.
Generates 15 essence each time damage is dealt.
Level Requirement - 11
SECONDARY :
Summons a piercing projectile that causes 500% weapon damage as Physical to all enemies it passes through.
Costs 20 essence
Level Requirement - 2
Raises a skeleton from the ground to attack your foes dealing 400% weapon damage as Physical over two attacks. Lasts 2 seconds.
Costs 40 essence
Level Requirement - 5
Unleashes a Nova that deals 350% weapon damage as Poison to all enemies within 25 yards range.
Costs 20 essence
Level Requirement - 12
CORPSES :
Target an area exploding up to 5 corpses within 11 yards and dealing 350% weapon damage as Physical to enemies within 20 yards range.
Level Requirement - 4
Target an enemy to summon projectiles from nearby corpses that cause 1750% weapon damage as Physical to the target.
Level Requirement - 8
Consume corpses within 60 yards and restores 10 Essence per corpse.
Level Requirement - 16
Target an area reviving up to 10 corpses within 20 yards for 15 seconds.
Level Requirement - 22
REANIMATION :
Active: Command your skeletal minions to attack the target and increase their damage against it by 50%.
Passive: Raise skeletons from the ground every 2 seconds to a max of 7 skeletons. Skeletal minions deal 50% weapon damage as Physical per attack.
Costs 50 essence
Level Requirement - 9
Active: Command the Golem to the targeted location where it collapses into a pile of 5 corpses.
Passive: Raise a Flesh Golem to fight for you. Flesh Golem deals 450% weapon damage as Physical per attack.
Cooldown 45 seconds
Level Requirement - 13
Raise a massive skeletal army to pummel the targeted location dealing 12000% weapon damage as Physical in a 15 yard radius.
Cooldown 120 seconds
Level Requirement - 22
All corpse skills can be used at will for 10 seconds.

CURSES :
A crippling curse that reduces the enemy units' movement speed by 75% and reduces damage of affected enemies by 30% for 30 seconds.
Costs 10 essence
Level Requirement - 14
Curse the target area. Cursed enemies heal the attacker for 2% of their total health. Lasts 30 seconds.
Costs 10 essence
Level Requirement - 17
A crippling curse that kills enemies with less than 15% health. Lasts 30 seconds.

BLOOD & BONE :
Rip bones from nearby enemies, dealing 125% weapon damage as Physical, and create armor that reduces damage taken by 3% per enemy hit up to a maximum of 10 enemies. Lasts for 60 secs.

Level Requirement - 19
Launches a Bone Spirit that will seek enemies. Deals 4000% weapon damage as Physical on impact.
You gain a charge every 15 seconds and can store up to 3 charges. Recharge time is reduced by 1 seconds for each corpse you consume.

Shed your mortal flesh and reappear up to 50 yards away.
Costs 5% Health
Cooldown 5 seconds
Level Requirement - 30
Create a Simulacrum made of blood that will duplicate your Secondary skills for 15 seconds.
Costs 25% Health

PASSIVE :
Life from death - Consuming a corpse has a 20% chance to spawn a health globe.
Level Requirement - 10
Fueled by death - Consuming a corpse increases your movement speed by 3% for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 10 times.

Stand alone - Increase armor by 100%, reduced by 10% for each active minion.
Level Requirement - 14
Bone prison - Bone Spear, Bone Spikes, and Bone Spirit have a 30% chance to trap enemies in a Bone Prison for 3 seconds.
Level Requirement - 16
Swift harvest - Increase the attack speed of Bone Spikes, Siphon Blood, and Grim Scythe by 15%.
Level Requirement - 20
Commander of the risen death - The Essence cost of Command Skeletons and the cooldown of Command Golem are reduced by 30%.

Extended servitude - Increase the duration of your Skeletal Mage and Revive minions by 25%.

Rigor mortis - Poison abilities also slow enemies by 30% and reduce their attack speed by 30% for 5 seconds.

Overwhelming essence - Increase your maximum Essence by 40.

Dark reaping - While using a scythe, gain 2% Essence and Life per kill.
Level Requirement - 31
Spreading malediction - Receive a 1% damage bonus for each enemy afflicted by one of your curses.

Eternal torment - Your curses cost 50% less Essence and last forever.
Level Requirement - 40
Final service - When you take lethal damage, you are sustained preventing all damage for 4 seconds. In addition, all minions are consumed to heal you for 10% of your Life. This effect cannot occur more than once every 60 seconds.
Level Requirement - 41
Grisly tribute - You are healed for 10% of your Life on Hit when one of your minions hits an enemy.
Level Requirement - 45
Draw life - Increases your Life regeneration by 10% for each enemy within 20 yards.
Level Requirement - 50
Serration - Bone Spikes, Bone Spear, and Bone Spirit deal 1% increased damage for every 1.5 yards from you, up to a maximum of 20%.
Level Requirement - 55
Aberrant animator - Your minions gain 200% of your Thorns.
Level Requirement - 64
Blood for blood - Picking up a health globe removes the health cost of the next Blood spell. This effect can stack up to 10 times.
Level Requirement - 66
Blood is power - After cumulatively losing 100% of your maximum Life, all ability cooldowns are reduced by 20%. This effect cannot reduce an ability's cooldown more than once for each time that ability is used.
Level Requirement - 68
Rathma`s shield - You cannot lose Life for 4 seconds after using Land of the Dead, Army of the Dead, or Simulacrum.
