Where do the steemit users we Follow show up?

I've only been a user for a few days but haven't figured this out yet. Maybe it's to be released in a non beta version of the site?

For instance, I have to follow the @piedpiper guy so I don't miss out on dantheman.. i mean @the-alien new account name?

Anyone have the info on that?

      I think they show up in Recommended but I heard the team is working on something to show who you follow. Dont forget this website is pretty new and only been out I think for 4 months.
