Hello friends! I'll show you how do I make the hotcakes

The recipe is a modification to a recipe of pancakes, it is not difficult, precise:

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup of sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg

50 grs. Of butter

2 tsp. Baking powder

For the preparation you put 1 cup of flour (only 1, the other half not), the sugar and the baking powder

Then add the egg, lard (preferably melted, to avoid lumps) and milk

Now you batis it with that coso that I do not know as it is called until it is homogeneous, there I add the half cup of flour that is left

I do this step of adding flour at the end because I like the dough to be more solid to give the hotcake more height and not flat, like a pancake.

When we have done everything we put it in a frying pan or whatever you have, this one I use is a shit because it is very high and I always burn my fingers with the edge.

When bubbles start to emerge as in the photo you turn it and leave it a few more minutes

And ready, you already have your mountain of hotcakes to put sweet milk, marmalade or honey as do the drawings of the United States
