Six Week Health Challenge -Week 3-A Rally to Rumuola in Port Harcourt

Good day Steemians..
This is the 3rd week of six week health challenge and it's my pleasure to appreciate the organizers for how far they have conducted this exercise judiciously and interestingly.
When I remembered that the Six Week Health Challenge is still ongoing, I quickly joined my colleagues for a rally to Rumuola in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
The Rally was conducted by the Medical Women Association of Nigeria in collaboration with Port Harcourt University Medical Students' Association.
The walking exercise was fun although the distance was far. We sensitized the people around the area on the need to live healthy specifically things to do to keep fit always.
After the rally, we went for a seminar which was titled 'Nigerian People and Health'
