Most of us were introduced to Steemit by someone else who told us about it. I came to Steemit in December 2016 and I didn't know absolutely anything about this platform. I had a few people who gave me instructions how to post so I introduced myself in my first post ever. Every beginning is hard, but I learned that patience, persistence, communication and team building are the main keys to every success! Great satisfaction comes from sharing content with others, so the first rule here on Steemit is to appreciate what others do, support people who want to improve themselves and the most important rule-you shouldn't be selfish!It is important to acquire and improve communication skills, it helps in spreading knowledge and sharing experiences that we introduce to people on Steemit! There are so many new users on Steemit, so we should help them to understand Steemit community better and give them a chance so they can promote themselves too.

With the aim of improving communication between Steemit users, our diligent @ivan.atman created two Discord servers- Balkan Steemit Alliance (BSA) for people coming from countries in Balkan region and Hrvatska Udruga Steemit Korisnika(HUSK) for Croatian Steemit members. That is one of the best and wise moves he did and it helped everybody to understand Steemit better. It connected so many people so we are so grateful to him! I am also proud because we are such a good team and the best thing is that we want to help you too! So we want you to join us there, just click on the link under. What do we do there?

We usually talk about cryptocurrency, post promotion, SteemMeetings, SteemFest, exchange, also how to help people because our goal is to increase the number of users on Discord channel! Also, I would like to introduce you to our great teacher and leader @dobartim, a man with big heart and the huge will to present to all of us his knowledge: ways to post quality posts, improve techniques and how to get a higher reputation. In 2017. he started the first Steemit school in Makedonija in order to teach people about Steemit. It is an amazing project and I feel honored because he invited all of us to listen to his experience.
