How I see Steemit plan and new implementation
Steemit is a great chance to meet people, get new friends , read and learn new cool stuffs, write about things you see/do/feel and to develop language for sure. When I arrived here it was completely new experience for me but the best of it will just arrive. I achieved much here, I can not lie, but I can see that we don't have so much quality posts like we had.
I would like to say that Steemit is ''falling'' and this is just my opinion and of course I can't say that I have so much quality posts and I know that many people here don't have so much time to write all day, and well done to all of you who have such an amazing posts and I feel pleasured when I read it! I don't want to offend anybody, just think that we could do it better in any new ways.
We generally afraid to show that ''we have tongue'', so I was thinking about how I want to write and introduce this post which I dedicated to improve this site. However, man as an individual can't make a huge change, so like in every history project we need to help each other. Why it sounds so easy in theory and why is so difficult to achieve it in practice?
Firstly, each of us here have different motives and aims. Some of them are:
Meeting new people
Search for news
Money
Developing language and skills
To learn something
To have funny
To give something good to community
Various of motivation and challenges push us to be here, and I am not afraid to say that the main reason for many of us here is money. At first sight it seems so superficially but when you thinking about it there is nothing wrong.
I started with this topic because one of my friends ask me about what I am doing here and what is point of Steemit, so I said that I write different things here and I earned some money. He reacted like- ''Wow, I could do it too, that is too easy, I never heard of easier way to get dollars, I will start with it immediately when I arrive at home.''
I listened him and then I say that I can bet that he will give up for few days and not because of not earning money instantly. He just laughed and brandished with hand like ''No, I will not, you will see''. Guess what, he didn't even sign up. Why? He didn't have any other motivation except money and it fell into the background. Next day when I asked him about it, he said to me that he don't have time for it. What an excuse :)
I know that money can't be the only motivation, so you must feel good when you share stories or photos or adventures. I can say that really feel sad when I see a mass of posts which have so good background to introduce new and interesting stories but they are not used right.
Here on Steemit we got awesome writers and photographers and authors of an amazing posts. I remember one post about true love which was unfortunalety finished because of illness. God how I cried, it made me feel so low, I found myself in totally weird situation and even it is sad, I want it! I want read posts which will cause me strong feelings. That is great for me. Taste what writers wanted to say. I love talk to much and I have many grammar mistakes in this post I know but I won't give up! Like to say that I am Croatian girl and we are stubborn!
The only thing I hate here on Steemit - flagging without reason. It is okay to flag if you have good reasons for it, but I was flagged without main reason and I found out that so many my friends here were flagged too. Jealousy? I don't know for real . It can damage confidence a lot and I believe Steemit can punish that behaviour.
