Ethtags is a project built on an ethereum smart contract that was developed by @jtomes123.T he smart contract is almost finalized, the final version is almost ready. Verification of names is also implemented.
According to him, he would like it to become a platform for people to check out who owns a specific ethereum address and also confirm the identity of the address holders. It can also serve as a platform that stores identities of for, for example, encrypted email, since ethereum address is essentially public/private key pair.
The PO idea is a very mice one has it will eventually solve the issue of transferring funds to another account since you will be able to see the owner
