My Pelargoniums are not in bloom right now, so I will show some that I shot last summer in Quinta da Regaleira, Portugal. Big bushes of lush green leaves and tons of red flowers. They have great conditions there as the place is covered in mist nearly every day and gets the rain when the rest of the country doen't see a drop for months in summer.

My ones, and I have 4 of them, are taking a winter break now. And I am a terrible noob if it comes to growing them. Should I prune them? Or is it too late. If so, how far down? I would like to to bloom nicely again and I don't really mind the long stems (they look more like succulents then), but most of all I want them to be healthy.
So any advise is more than welcome.
I remember my mum growing them, but in cold Polish climate they were going completely dormant in winter. Mine are green, they just don't seem to grow now.
Thanks in advance :)

Prune them now, just before spring if you want them to stay small, otherwise they get huge and messy. Most pellys are summer growers although they remain green in warmer climates. Just for fun, there are succulent pellys that grow in winter

What you have looks like a cultivar, though
