FungiFriday - Where are you going?

If only he could talk...
I can only image that he would tell me "I am going down! It is hot up here." All with that grumpy low voice. Very typical for snails of course ;)

I cheated a bit on those. There was no snail on mushroom top. I had to go look for one, which wasn't particularly hard since it was raining the night before. My mum's garden is full of trees, bushes flowers and big rocks. It was quite easy to find one little snail wondering around. Probably looking for a place to hide for the day.

So yea... I was cruel enough to put him on top of the mushroom. But I swear... right after I took the shots I put him back in the shadow if a big boxwood where he could continue his journey.

He was fast for a snail..
