I was lucky enough to grow up in northern New Jersey where this delacacy is a staple of every diner, deli, and at least one weekend breakfast a week at home.

This is one of those meats that just makes you think, "did I just eat something better than bacon?" Is that even possible?

It's a New Jersey jewel. The family that runs the company that is Taylor Ham (pork roll) has refused to sell big and franchise out, keeping this lovely succulent meat a hometown hero forever!

My favorite way to enjoy Taylor Ham is in
sandwhich form. Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel with some ketchup.
