All I can say is that I hope they are going to diversify some of that into the alts for their own sake. Wow what a major purchase that is. We can only speculate as to the motives of this entity or investor. Maybe its the Saudi oil princes getting in on the game.

I would think so, but they'd be dumb to put all those eggs in one basket. Diversified portfolio is way safer for that amount of money.
