Mirror of streets - 5

The final part of the photo series about the streets and courtyards of the Borki microdistrict in Veliky Ustyug.
This series shows how life is arranged in the courtyards and on the streets of the provincial city, what are the houses and how old they are.

I started this project in the winter, when I was photographing the dilapidated housing of Veliky Ustyug, in order to document the ancient appearance of the city, as every year resettle and disappear houses.

And now it has developed into the usual shooting of yards, streets and neighborhoods - even if there are no dilapidated houses, then everything is changing.

The wooden two-story building is all on the same street.

Now the ghetto itself! The most dilapidated quarter in the Borki district on Borki Street.

One-storey barracks are located here.

But in each house people still live and housing is not recognized as dilapidated.

They brought down only sheds...because its burned down.

All houses are the same...both above and below)

Without two-story buildings, there was not one - one was found in this barracks quarter.

Oh, no, there's one more!

That's all, the entire district of Borki passed!

It was nice to walk in the early morning on cozy streets!
