Gloomy Willows. Flotsam And Jetsam

After impenetrable thickets of dried hogweed, I went out to the confluence of the Shogrash River with the Putka River (or stream). It was a little brighter and quieter here because of the nearby field, but another dense thickets awaited me ahead.

In the spring I reached only this place. Then I had to study the terrain from scratch.

No signs of beavers have yet been found in this stretch of the river.

The Putka originates somewhere near the village of Rodiontsevo (Vologda region) and runs parallel to the Shogrash River. It also flows through the territory of the Osanovo Grove.

And so I again came across a gloomy place!

There are huge old willows along the coast.

The beavers seem to be gone, but there was some tension again and a premonition of something dangerous.

Although the place here was very comfortable for a walk, there was still some tension in the air.

Suddenly a dog barked loudly, and later, male voices were heard altogether. Homeless people live here.

I was lucky that they were located on the opposite bank of the river.

Their camp is not visible at all due to the lush crown of the willow.

There was no point in going further, because the river bank should soon run into a road bridge, and then the river will pass into the Zavokzalny microdistrict, which I recently talked about.

The adventure turned out to be very dark and emotional this time. And also I got a good selection of photos with willow jungle. I got what I wanted, plus as a bonus I picked up impressions that I will not forget for a long time.
