Frozen river
The sun in December shines so low that throughout the day you get the impression of a constant sunrise, smoothly flowing into the sunset.
This effect may increase due to haze and light clouds.
The ice freezing on the river Sukhona is in its final stage. The ice drift has already stopped, it remains to wait until it gets stronger and you can walk across the river.
It is interesting, because someone becomes a discoverer every year and paves the way along the river. Once I watched such a picture when a man crossed a newly frozen river.
I walked on fresh ice, but already on someone's tracks. Then I followed the logic: if no one has failed before me here, it means that I will not fail!
But having heard a lot of real news about the failed people, I stopped taking such risks.
In theory, ice can already withstand a person, but in practice, ice sludge freezes unevenly and in some places gullys are formed.
We must always remember that the river takes people every year ... regardless of the season! And if you are saved than God saves you!
