Floodplain villages. Veprevo

Everything is clear with the floodplain villages of the Yudinsky rural settlement: they are of the same type, are located approximately in the same place and are often exposed to flooding. And how are things on the other side of the river? For this, I went to the other side of the Northern Dvina River. It is not so simple - in order to be on the other side of the river opposite the villages of Shatrovo and Nikulino, I had to cross the ferry, and then drive about twenty kilometers.

There is only one permanent resident in Veprevo, who is the headman of several nearby villages. The remaining few people come only for the summer.

The same principle applies here: the farther from the city and the fewer inhabitants, the cozier in the village.

Overgrown with grass roads, densely standing houses on only two streets - all this pleases the soul and eyes.

Soviet car only adds charm and color to the whole environment.

Good in the village in the summer!

No house is spoiled by plastic.

Even the presence of fences does not deprive of all the charm of this village. Facades of houses open - this is the most important thing!

And here there are also larger five-wall houses with mezzanines.

Well, as without high poplar!

The second parallel street is even more overgrown, narrow and thus cozy.

Have a cottage in such a place just perfect!

Maximum delight from this place! It reminds me of our house in one semi-abandoned village. As a child I spent time in a similar place and experienced similar sensations.

The main feature of the floodplain villages on the river side is the well-crane.

Veprevo is a good place to live in summer, but it will be difficult to live here permanently due to poor transport accessibility (river, bad roads, flooded area).
