Dobrynino

Dobrynino is a village in the Veliky Ustyug district, which is located on the opposite bank of the Sukhona River. Dymkovo is also located there. People are constantly confused in the names, but in reality everything is simple: first goes Dobrynino, then Dymkovo, and the border between them is the moat with the lake.

I could not find any data on these settlements. I know that now they belong to the city of Veliky Ustyug. In simple words, it is a part of the city with all that it implies.

In Dobrynino and Dymkovo, as in an independent rural settlement, there used to be all the infrastructure: kindergartens, school, post office, library, house of culture and administration. After joining to the city, all objects were abolished. Only one kindergarten remained to work.

Dilapidated housing here is enough. If we assume that the two-story apartment wooden houses are designed to live in it for no more than 20 years, then without exception all of its are dilapidated.

The houses here are the most common for one or two entrance.

Some of them are located not far from the swampy lake - the old bed of the Sukhona river.
Between the houses and gardens there is an overgrown passage. So provided for by fire regulations.

The houses in this quarter are painted with one paint and it is very difficult to distinguish them from each other.

There are not so many sheds here, but more gardens.

Even with a not quite typical building block, people are trying to make the usual accomplishment of yard territories. Just like everyone else.

Street lighting is not everywhere, it is present only where it is needed.

One-story hut.

Throughout the quarter, all driveways are called Builders Lane.

On the shore of the lake a lot of bath houses. This is convenient - no need to go far for water.

On the lake, locals wash clothes.

In general, there are so many bath houses here that even the street was named Bathhouse st. and all buildings were numbered!

Each bath has its own descent to the lake.
