After the Epiphany days in Kichmengsky Gorodok

in #travel7 years ago

With each visit to Kichmengsky Gorodok, I start to fall in love with this village more and more. Life and worldview of people here is very different from any other locality, with this increases the interest and the atmosphere of this area causes special sensations.

Frosty quiet evening, on the streets a lot of people.

The dogs are all benevolent, even those that initially behave aggressively from afar.

Tongue does not turn to call any housing here dilapidated.

Many streets are monotonous, but they are monotonously cleaned of snow, tidied and blow comfort.

It seems the same ordinary wooden boxes, but they are perceived very differently.

Even a crooked barn looks somehow kind, not at all intimidating.

Wooden pillars add a special atmosphere.

On the South river an ice-hole is made in the form of a cross.

There are always a lot of people in the swimming place: some for holy water, some for swimming in the ice-hole.

Mostly, of course, people come to draw water.

In Kichmengsky Gorodok well at any time of the year!
