Winter-ish Walks
I’ve been walking a lot in the past few days, because it’s been quite nice outside, and I’m currently ovsessed again with Pokemon GO. It’s a great motivator for walking, and I already like walking as it is.
The downside to playing Pokemon is that I’m not doing much photography on these excursions. I hate lugging around stuff and if I have a phone in one hand trying to catch pokemons, I won’t have my hands free to hold a camera.
I did take my film camera out today because I’ve been itching to use it and I hadn’t taken any snowy film shots at all yet. I want to see how these views (not these exact ones on this post) work on a black&white film. It was snowing a little earlier today so I hope I caught some of that on film.
I’m being very selective on what I use my film for, so it takes months for me to shoot one roll, and then a couple week, and some considerable amount of coins, to have it developed. I’m expecting to have something to show late January.
Two more days in the city and then to the countryside for Christmas!
Dear Eve, please shoot photos instead of playing Pokemon. I would appreciate that very much ;)
I’ll grow tired of it in a few weeks I’m sure. Besides, the iPhone dies fast when we reach consistant sub zero temps 😅
You seriously cat h Pokemons? I wouldn't have picked that. Hope you have somewhere to keep them all...I know you only have a smallish place.
I have surprising obsessions at times. Pokemons are quite small, I wanna catch them all!

I love leisurely walks in the winter, unfortunately our city hasn't figured out how to maintain sidewalks. Its like they are surprised that it snows every year.
I would have imagined Nova Scotia knows how to do winter, but then again, it does surprise our capital city every year too!
