Homeschooling specifically in the Philippines. Why am I in this road map?
Because I want my babies to be homeschooled.
Because I want to raise my children to be independent, lifelong learners.
Because I want them to have more time developing their talents.
First what is homeschooling in the Philippines.
This means that you should enroll your children in one of the homeschool program accredited by Department of Education. And one parent should dedicate his or her time to teach their children. It's a one-on-one instructions.
Is Homeschooling legal in the Philippines?
The Philippines Constitution, Article XIV, Section 1(2) states that the country will “Establish and maintain a system of free public education in the elementary and high school levels. Without limiting the natural right of parents to rear their children…” Under the last phrase, “Without limiting the natural right of parents to rear their children,” religious groups, mission boards, and families can branch off from public education to create their own private education. But, the Constitution also provides under Section 4 (1) that “the State recognizes the complementary roles of public and private institutions in the education system and shall exercise reasonable supervision and regulation of all education institutions.”
With this, the Department of Education entitled “Home Education Program” that if a homeschooled student wants to transfer into a conventional school, he or she must first be accredited by the DepEd. Find a homeschool that is accredited by DepEd that provides records and transcripts to its students.

If it works, continue, if it does't, feel free to go back. I write about homeschooling, and am excited to follow you. I'm also adding you to my roll call of Steemit homeschoolers!
