There's GOLD in that there.
er...SeaWater
.........................................................................................................................................................................
Platinium
$16 Trillion worth
.
Uranium
.
At least forty other metals and minerals
.
including
.
Lithium
and oh yeah.
theres water.
Water, water everywhere,
but not a drop to drink
BUT
we WILL be able to
When I back flush my RO filter, I can collect gold?
Dang! Make more water...get more gold.
that's the idea...and it's entirely possible that it will be JUST that easy with new technology that's on the horizon.
$4.5 billion from just one of the minerals extracted....and it was one of the cheaper ones...
Tell me again how expensive desalinization is...lol.. sound pretty lucrative to me.
Of course this is not new knowledge, we have known of this for 20 + years...sea water full of trace elements...
got to love synergy, some times you can get something greater than than effort or energy put in,almost call it free!...
;-)
where'd you get that $4.5 Billion number?
was that it's value or what it it cost to get it?
we've know for ever that a bunchaton of stuff is dissolved in seawater.
what we haven't known is how to get it OUT...profitably.
new stuff like solar power and nanomaterials is changing all that.
It was from the TED video, what is made from just extraction of mg=4.5 billion.
Now getting the seed $ from the bankers or corp.s that have the $, that want wage slave may be a problem...
;-)
"They" seam to like debt traps, that keep you chained, but loans for synergetic ideas ,projects for,by common person, not so much...
take $ to keep a whole world controlled...without it you might be free...
;-)
what a silly idea... people living without $... how would you get rocks or shelter, food, friends,or anything else with out $$$...lol.
;-)
Good information, I really did not know her; but maybe it's a matter of time for the technology to solve this case; we already have oil exploitation in the open sea. The following I took from the link http://www.microsiervos.com/archivo/ciencia/extraer-oro-agua-mar.html: "... But what is the problem? The concentration of gold in the water of Sea is very, very, very small, only 0.000000004 grams per liter. To obtain a single gram of gold it would need to process some 250,000 tons of water. An Olympic pool, which is already large, has a capacity of 2,500 tons of water. water, so it would be necessary to circulate the water of about 100 pools to obtain one gram of gold, whose market value can be about 30 euros. In the original approach it was thought that the fact that there was already a process in motion to extract bromine from water (and that gold would be a valuable by-product), but the economy of the matter as seen makes it impractical.
So the approximately 6 million tons of gold that are dissolved in the water of the oceans of our planet seem to be still safe there and that nobody will take them away." Year 2010, but I think it's still in force.
This boy.
It's a whale shark (not a whale and not a shark..but Oh. Well.)
He lives off itty bitty tiny critters...plankton and krill.
(the blue whale, the largest critter to EVER exist..does the same)
To get enough food to eat...he's gotta process a lotawatah!
Olympic swimming pools worth..?
bah.
that's a light snack..
if critters can do it...why can't we?
instead of plankton and krill...process gold, platinum and uranium.....and other stuff.
Yes, surely the technological development will be able to do it.
That was from 2012, do you know if his bacteria worked like he wanted?
haven't heard...my google is weak. I wonder if he is politically incorrect and has thus been . shunned by the gigglegods?
I was looking for the new nano-material recently developed that did the same thing mechanically but couldn't find it. Either way we live in interesting times.
Very, and they will get there for extraction, I wonder if it worked better than he thought it would, and got cia'd out of business. Hey I could start a new conspiracy theory, these others are getting to old hat.
Is that gold or the sun is shining on the splashing water making it look like gold.
If truly is gold i need to visit that coast lol...
it's not called the 'gold coast' for nothing.
Exactly. Who would've thought that this water that covers such a large portion of the earth could be useful? gasps
77% of the earth is covered with water.
who knew?
it has been known for a while that there is gold in seawater the trick is to extract it more efficiently than other methods of gold extraction, in Alaska they are just scooping nuggets off the bottom so you need to have a more efficient system than that.
We keep receiving real shockers everyday. You mean we have these precious metals in Sea Water? Like normal seawater? The first link even said that fold is also deposited on the ocean floor. I wonder what is taking the scientists and oceanographers too long to steal this. I mean they have made it possible for humans to fly away to an entirely different planet, why is it hard for them to get all that gold?
yeah..it's brand new.
only been there like...oh...four billion years.
tell you what.
why don't YOU go get it?
you'll be RICH!
***Really beautiful photo regardless of the $$$ in there. ***
Also more importantly one of the most essential sources of life on earth∞§∞
The technology is there, we just need to do it. This is all very interesting, @everittdmickey you may have just opened up another investment opportunity for me! LOL-Thanks!

the tech is ALMOST here.
lemme know how it works out.
I'm thinking
SEASTEAD!
