It appears that the volume has dropped to zero?
.....................................................................................................................................................................
yet the price continues to rise?
does anyone understand this?
'splain it?
@everittdmicky: Firstly, it's not zero
Secondly, it can never be zero because it's a dynamic 24 hour moving average.
Thirdly, trade volume can't be zero as long as there is a bid and ask movement.
So is it an aberration? I think the drastic drop in volume may be because I believe Binance (which contributes substantially to steem trade volume) was down for maintenance for several hours.
After the extended downtime and the silly 'us' URL edit trick needed to withdraw funds, not much reason to feel any better about binance either I guess. I personally pulled out of binance again and am back to having everything in real wallets. Having funds in an exchange overnight is becoming just too scary for me. Move funds in, make the trade as quickly as possible, move funds out again shall be my new strategy I think.
Did it do that because I asked when i could buy more steem than a one to one swap of SBD's? I just noticed on internal market now I can get more than a one to one swap, so that is good, going to wait another 2 hours then make the plunge trade. Looks like for 10 SBD I get 11.241 steem. so 2 hours to go hope I get more then.
Sir! I was discussing this with my friend Albert. He's an crypto expert having more than 3 years of experience.
According to him this fall in volume is temporary and can't effect the price. It will continue to rise for next few days!!

anything better than 1:1 is a good thing.

I like the penny votes, they do add up. and now get to get more steem than before.
