my son built him a chiken tractor
on his place on the Llano Estacado.
I planted that tree.
....the only trees on the Llano are ones someone planted

I built that fence...back in the '80s.
I thought it was pretty stout...
...It's made of railroad ties stuck in the ground a few feet.
...I was raising hogs at the time..
they looked at that fence.
and musta thought

I had to rebuild it

That's cool I am moving to the country soon and I want some animals also like goats and donkey and chickens🐔
buy the cages, housing , fencing and have it all installed,waiting and ready before buy the critters.
don't ask me how I know this.
The 'tractor' cage can be adapted to ANY animal...put a solar panel on top..a battery box on front, add wheels (front wheels only..just to tug) and use the sun to move it as need be.

beats me...he said he got them at the local farm store.
fifteen cent's a piece or some such.
he bought all they had left.
