My 7 day fast ended at five days. It was not a pleasant fast. Hungry all the time which is weird because in previous fasts hunger pangs vanished in day three. No 4th day euphoria either. I broke the fast with chili and pizza. Some people really need to ease out of a fast to keep from throwing up. I'm going to do intermittent fasting and one meal a day for a while. Obviously I don't lose weight as fast, but it's way more pleasant. I was 194 this morning.

One meal a day and that's meat and salad.
You're about a hundred pound lighter than me right now...but I'm loosing it at about the same rate you are. (I started at 330)
Great to read! I had trouble sleeping last night, Didn't get there until midnight. It will probably give me a cold. I have had cramping in my hand at five days into my fasts. Yeah, but it's a little dark for me. It's day four of my fast and this is the day I look forward to. Hunger pangs are gone and I have a very clear head. There are a myriad of side effects that fasters can experience, but the only one I seem to have is occasional dizziness. At least so far. I'll break this fast on Monday morning making it 7 days since my last caloric intake. After the holiday I would like to do 21 days, but my wife is already starting to freak out. That is a common issue with fasters. They are ignorant of the benefits and don't understand why such an extreme measure is necessary. You can tell them all you want that it is because nothing else on earth addresses the root cause of autoimmune diseases, but they will still not support you.
