is this being caused by the bi-polar vortex out in the north pole? that is why in parts of Europe or most of it including north america,they will experience ice cold weather. in some parts of the world,will experience extreme heat.
I had a friend once that was bi-polar. I thought she was just menopausal...did SHE ever set ME straight.
