Hello Beautiful Ladies!!

I am really excited about this competition. I had a DIY project in mind but was putting it off for so long. But this contest motivated me to do it. There are a lot of things in our home that are no longer in use but we can transform them into something else and put them to better use. In this way we can save money as well and can be creative.

I have an infant at home. So there are a lot of formula milk cans in my home. I have been collecting them for so long and wanted to do something with them. This community motivated me to finally put my thoughts into action. I wanted to make a planter or an organizer.

Today, I made a simple organizer. I will show you how. Here are the things you will need:

• Tin Can
• Black Chart Paper
• Golden Paint Spray
• Scissors or Paper Cutter
• Glue
• Pen
• Jute Rope
• Paper A4 size (can be a bit smaller)

Take the measurements of the chart paper according to tin can size and mark it with pen.

Cut the chart paper so that it can be wrapped around the tin can.

Now wrap it and check if it's all right.

Now apply glue on the can.

---

Wrap the chart paper and press it hard so that it can stick properly. Make sure the glue is of good quality. Let it rest for a while.

Take a paper sheet.

---

Fold the paper like this.

Draw a pattern. I have made a leaf pattern.

Cut it with paper cutter or scissors and put it on a chart paper and spray paint over it. You will see a golden leaf pattern. If you like it then go ahead.

Make the same pattern on the tin can which is wrapped with black chart paper.

You can neat the rough edges with black crayon.

It will look like this.

Now glue the jute rope on tin can. I have glued it on the rim.

You can make as many rounds as you want. I have made it three.

Make two jute lines at the bottom.

It's ready.

You can store anything inside. Stationery Stuff or things from your dresser. You can plant something in it as well. If you want to plant something then it's better to spray paint instead of chart paper because it's likely to get wet. Paint the insides of the can as well because when you will start watering the plant, the can will start to rust.
