Curation Guidelines by Team No. 4 - July 2024
June is always blazing hot at my end but this time it wasn't only the heat that made me sweat but curation had a big hand in it too. You can't catch a breath with shifts every 3 days especially when your aim is to support unique content or under-appreciated talents. It takes less time to call it a day by throwing all votes among the usuals. But then I couldn't have satisfied my conscience.
With over 10 sleepless nights, I didn't think of applying again but the happiness you feel when you find a gem and when you support a deserving lesser known author is priceless which made me apply again with my supportive team.
I welcome July with open hearts and another round of all-nighters - courtesy of @steemitblog. It's supposed to be a rainy month, so am I allowed to expect less discomfort?
Forgive my banter, some of you are here only to read the guidelines for July, so let's see what tricks team X-women has brought this time...
We will not curate...
- authors who buy votes
- authors who commit plagiarism
- uncredited content
- AI content with little or no proof of self-intellect
- vote beggars
- erroneous content
- tag abusers
- authors who don't engage with others even after polite reminders
We will support...
- uniqueness
- creativity
- effort
- value
- interaction
We won't restrict you to a certain word count or voting CSI but we expect you to make every word, vote, and comment count.
There will be plenty of votes for comments that spark healthy discussions.
Each curator can choose the vote percentage at their own discretion.
We are a team with diverse backgrounds. Our aim is to support a wide range of authors by looking for posts in different communities and personal blogs.
Tags
Our team is more inclined towards #craft, #travel, and #creativewriting. But we will not limit ourselves to these subjects and look for content in various niches.
Don't forget to use relevant tags. Unnecessary and irrelevant tags make it hard for us to find your posts.
I hope you find this simple guide useful and try to follow the suggestions.
All the best,
Team#4 X-women.

It never hurts to emphasize that we try to make an effort to expand the search for content that is different from the usual one. This guide represents the goal of our team, and keeps us focused.🙂👍
Well done!
Thank you for agreeing to doing this round of curation :)
Terimakasih atas informasinya @event-horizon aku akan berusaha untuk membuat postingan terbaik
A fine introduction! That's the way to work! Good luck from my side: we are not competitors, but colleagues ;-))
Oh yes, no competition. (:
Thank you for your appreciation.
Welcome to July, we team x-women, we are ready to curate any post that falls under the requirements.
Thanks to my teammate for this useful guidelines
