Hanamasa, Japanese All You Can Eat BBQ and Steamboat restaurant!

Yes yes, I know! All You Can Eat meets BBQ is HEAVEN on earth! 🤤

If you follow our journey here in Tasteem, I already mentioned that my wife is a die hard fan of Japanese food. So, this one is one of her favourites all you can eat restaurant.

This restaurant provides three categories of food sections: Robatayaki, Yakiniku, and Shabu-shabu.

Even though this restaurant is an all you can eat type, but if you come alone, you have to choose only one of those categories. But, if you come with plus one or more, you could enjoy all those food until you can't move because your stomach gets too full! 😂

Yakiniku

Hanamasa provides wide range of meats selection. There's sliced beef (guaranteed premium quality, look at those fine MARBLES!!!), seasoned beef with spicy or sour-sweet herbs, beef's or lamb's ribs, chickens, squids, shrimps, and various fillets, nuggets and meatballs.

Feel free to take anything you want, if the tray got emptied, tell the waitress, they will fill it quickly. You'll be served like a king! But, make sure you able to finish everything you take to your table.

You'll be provided with rounded stove-grill plate on your table. Make sure to put melt some 'fat' on the plate before you start grilling your meats.

I like it rare and juicy, while my wife like it medium well or even well done.

Robatayaki

While you can grill Yakiniku by yourself, Robatayaki is different. By its tradition, Robatayaki is grilled (using char-type BBQ grill) by the chef (in front of the customers), then served to customer's table using a long paddle-like stick.

Here ini Hanamasa, the Robatayaki would be grilled (with char-type grilling method) by the chef on demand. So, you need to come to its section, pick your food and tell the chef to grill it, it'll soon delivered to your table.

Robatayaki contains lots of skewed style meats, seafood and even fruits. There are also nuggets, shrimp tempura and meatballs.

Shabu-shabu

Shabu-shabu is a term of Japanese steamboat. Hanamasa provides an electric boiler pot on your table. You'll be offered to choose the soup flavor, it could be one of: beef broth, chicken stock or tom yam (Thai's sour-spicy soup).

Shabu-shabu section provide lots of green veggies, freshly chopped to edible serving size, some sliced meats (beef and chicken), mushrooms, some japanese steam nuggets and meatballs.

We prefer beef broth, but sometime we asked for Tom Yam to spice things up! 😂

Drinks and Desert

Now, I feel guilty for not taking a single picture of that crazy good deserts! 😭

There were a wide range of deserts selections. There's even cendol! It's a classic Indonesian drinks+desert fusion. There're also many puddings, jelly, and tons of cookies.

There are only four options for free-flow drinks: mineral water, Thai Tea, Matcha Green Tea, and Lemon Tea. If you order any juices or soft-drinks, you'll have to pay additional charges.

That's all folks!

That's it, we filled our stomachs until we barely able to move from our table 😅
We usually come here after a hard grinding at gym, which unsurprisingly increasing our appetites towards meats.

Hanamasa's price range would fall on medium-pricey, but we found it worth the price because everytime we visit, I believe we averagely wrecking almost 10 pounds of meats 😂💪🏼

We both are heavy carnivores, we eat meats everyday but we do it consciously and responsibly.

Anyway, you only live once, enjoy it to the fullest!
