Photo contest: post processing #14
What a problem, to choose a photograph that I don't like. I love all the photos I take, maybe today it's not important, but tomorrow it will be. So I try not to discard any of them.
However, when I set out to do this task, I realized that a photo that apparently says nothing can become a little work of art.
Don't think I'm exaggerating, now you will understand my reasons.
This is the original photograph, the truth is a rather dry and graceless landscape. Even the cows look dull.
From this photograph I thought it would be interesting to keep the cow on the left, and the high branch near the moon.
I cut it and oh, it was worse than before, now it looks out of focus. But since everything has a remedy and artists, when something doesn't work out well, they fix it with the brush, I thought of doing the same.
I imagined the colors of Van Gogh's starry night and looked for a filter that would help me capture what I was imagining.
The artistic finish disguises the blur and the colors enliven the scene.
I would like to know your opinion.
The picture is on a corrugated base... a good way to get away from sharpness :))
I took a brush, dipped it in a jar of paint... and voila 👌 🤗👍
Yes, the result looks impressive compared to the original. I think that your approach has fully justified itself 👍
Yes, it is necessary to look for techniques to solve the possible defects in our photographs. It is also a fun part of creation.
I agree :)
I totally agree with you, @evagavilan! I love all my photos too:) When I read the conditions of the competition I thought "picking the unlucky one" was easy, but it turned out to be a very difficult task!
You made an interesting choice. I don't agree that the original photo is boring - for a city dweller a landscape with cows is an exotic landscape! But you managed to achieve the transformation and change the mood of the photo with the help of post-processing, very interesting result!
Certainly, every photograph is important for a reason. Transforming this one has also given me the satisfaction of having achieved a different vision of things. Thank you for your comment @daybook

I like what I see!
The artist took up the brush and ... everything turned out))
I felt good playing an artist, a new experience.@rut-ru
In my opinion, everything turned out well. Processing gave the image not only decorative, but also made it whole. Now the calf echoes the moon, which did not play any role at all in the original photo.
I like the way you visualize it. It is the image I wanted to achieve. Thanks for your comment. @lllll1ll
Excelente trabajo @evagavilan!
@manuelgil64
Congratulations to the winner "Photo contest: post processing #13"
Thank you @booming, and @bambuka for making this possible. These awards are motivating.
🖐 😊 👌
The moon behind the branches conveys live feel
I didn't have any idea about the topic - now you gave me some impulse ;-)) It looks great!
