LIVING FOR GOD
"When you don't live for God, you're just existing. Fulfilment in life is attained when you're living for the life giver. Living for God also entails walking in the path he has designed for you.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. Psalms 23:1-6 (KJV)"
These sweet words can only be professed by a man who is living for God. To say all these, the man must be controlled by God.
David said in verse 2, "he maketh me..." meaning he was controlled by God. All that he stated in Psalm 23 was the importance of being controlled by God.
When you waste your youthful age, you waste a very major part of your life. This is the best time to live for God. The devil knows the significance of burning for Christ at a youthful age so he continually attacks this set of believers.
Whoever/whatever takes the greatest percentage of your time and your life becomes your God.
Your greatest knowlegde in life should be about God. It's how much you know him that determines how much secrets of life you're gonna access, and this determines how many doors that You're will be able to open. God is the first and the last because when you find him, your past and present is settled. You don't find purpose by finding yourself but by finding God.
When you make God as a covering, your contents is secured.
So many people just know about God, they don't know God. You can get to know about God anyway and anyhow, but you get to know God personally by your commitment to building a better relationship with him. Christianity is not meant to be read but to be encountered.
When you keep on beholding God's word, you keep on becoming like God.
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18"
You can't say you're living for Christ when he doesn't control you. When you live for him, your original will becomes dead. Because his will becomes your will. The word "for" depicts possession. When you live for all, your mindset gets adapted to see that all you have is his. Maximum is gotten out of life, when God totally controls it. He is the only perfect being. Even though he calls us perfect, it's his perfection that perfects our perfection.
Benefits of living for God
You enjoy Divine provision: God doesn't use and dump Men. No! He glorifies his vessels. His vessels are always presentable. That's why David said "the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want". So many people see heaven as their reward, but God wants them to enjoy the good of the land, like he said in Isaiah 1:19. When you are concerned about the needs of God, he constantly meets your needs.
Access to divine direction: To live for God is to walk with him. It's not possible to live for God and live in confusion. A man who lives for God walks effortlessly in the divine plan that was prepared for him. Imagine a man living for God all his life! When you walk with God, he holds your hands. This is the perfect life! When you live above mistakes. A carnal man will thinks that he can a perfect life by striving for it. But a man of the spirit knows that the only way he can become perfect is by living for God.
Fulfilment in life is guaranteed: Fulfilment is not defined by the achievement of a man, but the completion of his God given assignment. So many people are limited because they cannot look at themselves as God looks at them. When you walk with God, you live with a comprehensive knowledge and a strong consciousness of your purpose. There can be no fulfilment when the individual is a stranger to his own purpose.
Your life is preserved: Men who live for God do not need to bother about their security because God himself preserves them. These are men who live without fear. Nothing and nobody can tamper with the life of a man whose assignment on earth is not over. These are men who God has made his personal assignment. When you make God your assignment, he makes you his assignment.
No man can successfully focus on two different directions at the same time. So be careful of distractions. They are the devil's tool. So you don't get the best out of your walk with God because you can't focus on God and the things of the world, and record significant growth in the things of God. Finally, As a believer if God doesn't matter to you, then you can't matter to your world.
The only key to fulfillment in life as a believer is living for God.

Thanks for sharing this with us, we must all live for God, Those who wish to live for God must seek Him in His Word. We must seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to apply the Word to our lives. Living for God means giving up ourselves and desiring God’s will above all else. As we draw nearer to God and come to know Him more, His desires will more naturally become ours. As we mature, our desire to obey God’s commands increases as our love for Him increases. As Jesus said, “If you love me, you will obey what I command” (John 14:15).

everything we do or hear should be reflected by Gods word, our life should be of God.

Do not fear because the saviour I always there .
The spirit of God is always there for those who always with him.
Let your life represent the life of an examplinary Christain and do not fear any evil.
The saviour came from the throne to the earth and took suffering for us this is the reason why we should not fear failure.
