A Trip To Famous Iconic Zuma Rock With Human Face in Nigeria
Zuma Rock
My trip to Zuma rock was an interesting experience and a wonderful adventure. I started my journey this morning with @justiceoses from Mararaba in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. We boarded a car from the roadside at about 10 am and headed straight to Zuma rock located in a boundary town in Niger State with the FCT(Federal Capital Teritory), Abuja.

The Zuma rock is a great tourist site, that attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. The site of the rock is amazing, if not that i have phoebia for heights I would have been planning to go for a hitch-hicking.
HUMAN FACE OF ZUMA ROCK
Human face of the rock
Its interesting to see and stand close to the eyes of Zuma rock. Im sure we are confused when mention the "eye of Zuma rock". The rock is uique and amazing because of its human face feature which makes it distinct from other rocks. The eyes looks straight in the direction of the sun as it set, making the view awesome. As you go close to the rock it looks like its going to swallow you up even as you drive through the Abuja-Kaduna express way.

Zuma rock is said to be about 1,125m elevation and it gives a circumference view of the FCT and its beauty from the top of the rock and neighbouring surroundings. If you want to go hicking you need to be prepared with items for hicking. There is a village by the rock and you might need to pay a token before climbing the rock.
How do you get to the rock?
There are basically 3 Airport's close to Zuma rock that tourist can come through. We have the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, we have another Airport in Niger State and an Airport in Kuduna State. So visiting the rock won't be difficult for tourist's.

It's a wonderful thing that you've been able to visit the famous Zuma rock, located at the boundary between Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Niger State. Several times I have passed by that rock, but haven't had the opportunity to stop by. Now I have a feel of how Zuma rock looks like at close range.
That wonder face that never fades on the Zuma rock, that marks the centre of Nigeria , is one that marvels lots of people including myself. More tourists should take advantage of it's location and visit it more often.
