Found a Good Spot within the City

While thinking of something to do at sunday morning my friend invited me to do something worthwile just within the city where I could have a great view of the sea (which I've been missing lately) and the city buildings, fresh air and a good spot where we could just chill.
She showed me this place and it was marvelous.
Great view of the sea and the famous SM Sea Side, the largest in the Philippines.
You could take a stroll at the shore.
*Bonus, we saw a fisherman and his dog trying to net some fish nearby*. *Still confused if he caught any*.
