Photo of the week contest 06| sharing my best photo of the week.

Good day to you all. I trust that you all are having a good day. Am doing just fine as well. Today, I am going to share my best photo of the he week with you guys and tell you the event surrounding the photograph.This photograph is one I will not forget for the next few weeks. It is so tempting and appealing which is the reason it has a special space in my phone storage, I know you wont believe me but it's the truth.

So three days ago, I and my dad went to the hospital for my check up. We left the house quite early so that we could see the doctor early as it is said that "an early bird catches the money dew". I know you might be wondering what was wrong with me that could warrant a check up. Well let me help you out with that. About a month ago, I had surgery done in my throat to remove my swollen tonsils cause I had a bacterial infection in my tonsils called tonsillitis. So after the surgery, the doctor told me to come back for check up after one month of the operation.

Long story cut short, after the check up and I was fine, we made our way out of the hospital. It was a long process and that is why am cutting it short cause that is not our concern for today. So along the way, I got so very hungry and tired and told my dad. He drove straight to an eatery, Cruchies to be specific. He asked me to order for what I wanted to eat. There was this broad smile on my cheek cause I knew I can only get this opportunity once in a while so it's better I make use of the golden opportunity I was given on a platter of gold.

I suddenly became a glutton and ordered for a plate of Nigerian jelloff rice, a plate of Nigerian coconut rice, salad, a lap of chicken and a bottle of soft drink. This is to show how hungry I was that day. My dad was shocked cause he has never seen me eat so much but he was impressed that I was finally getting to eat better now. Cause it was difficult to eat before with my swollen tonsils, so he was glad there was an improvement.

My dad ordered for one of his favorite, ofada rice and pepper stew with salad and just table water. I couldn't believe that my food was the one that raised the bill so high. But anyway, I was glad I got to eat something sumptuous to satisfy the terrible hunger I was feeling nit minding if I was a glutton or not cause at the end of the day, the aim is achieved.

Having ordered for all we needed, my dad paid for the food and we went ahead to munch all we bought. In no distant time, my dad was done with his food and waited till I gracefully consumed everything I ordered for. Then we left the eatery after chatting for sometime and I in particular was fulfilled.

I took these pictures for memory sake and remained forever grateful to my father who arrested this hunger before it could murder me. Each time I look at this photos in my phone, I get the satisfaction I got that very day I ate this meal.

Some people take pictures out of admiration or for admiration, some take photos for the sake of evidence, some take for posting, some to make fun of it while some take pictures for memory sake and I belong to this category of people that take pictures for memory sake.
