Greetings to all the great steemians in this community. How are you all doing? I hope everything is going on well with you. I am doing just fine too. Today, I will be highlighting on few real world problems and some innovative solutions to this problem.

A real world problem maybe seen as global issues and challenges that coexist in the physical world which affects individuals, our communities, societies and the whole world at large. Below are a few highlighted ones;

Unemployment

Unemployment is a situation where people who are qualified and are willing to work can't find jobs. This is currently one of the biggest problems in the whole world. There's no place you go in the world that you won't find some people unemployed in one way or the other. With this problem, it generates another problem of low standard of living knowing fully well that when one doesn't have a means of income, there is a probability that the person won't be able to cope with the challenges life throws at him or her

Poverty

Poverty is simply the lack of access to basic necessities of life such as food, clean water, shelter, healthcare services, education, etc, which puts individual and communities at a disadvantage and deprivation. This alone is as a result of unemployment and bad governance. Infact in today's world, the rich are getting richer at the expense of the poor and the poor are getting poorer for the benefits of the rich and yet we say let the poor breathe meanwhile they are not given fresh air to breathe. What Sarcasm!

Sickness and Death

Sickness thrives in a society where there is lack of food, clean water, shelter, clothes, peace of mind and happiness, healthcare services and so many others. When there are lack of medical centers, what do we expect. Even when there are medical centers. How many can afford the bills at a jobless situation and most citizens die as a result of hunger because they are living in abject poverty. Children are also affected by this cause they're malnourished with no hope of a balanced meal.

Corruption

Corruption is a dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power typically involving in the abuse of power for personal gains, embezzlement, bribery, etc, which hinders development efforts. When there is lack of transparency in the governance system, then it's of no use putting all our hopes on the government who can't even protect it's citizens. And this is the main reason we are where we are today, instead growing in unity..... we are falling apart in disharmony.

Of course yes! I can remember sometime last year when my dad was unemployed for a long, words alone can't express the trauma I and my family were subjected to. We were just surviving by mere grace.

Share three innovative solutions for real world problems

There are lots of innovative solutions to all these crises such as education and training, job creation, labour market policies, entrepreneurship supports and many others but am not in for solutions concerning the government. Am in for solutions concerning the people, individuals, you and I, us, our survival and our future. I mean we no longer have to wait for the government to come to our beck and call or should I say..... We no more need to be at their beck and call anymore. Below are some innovative solutions to these problems;

Self employment

Self employment simply means working for yourself instead of an employer. This is what I call being "your own boss". This way, you regulate your own business to your convenience and you control your own income. Sooner than later, you will become an employer of labour instead of ordinary employee.

Skills and creativity

The ability to do work is what we call skills while the abilities to come up with new ideas and contributions is what we call creativity. This two need to work side by side if you must be and independent citizen.

Hard Work

Nothing in this life comes the easy way so we must all strive harder and harder each day to make ends meet. We are all very talented in our own different ways and we should learn to put those talents into practice. Success they say.... is the result of Hardwork.
