Cumhuriyet tarihimizin en kıymetli ve bilindik şairlerinden olan Nihat Asyalı, Şairliğinin yanı sıra öğretmenliği ve siyasetçi kimliğiyle de tanınır. Şiirlerinde Milli ve Dini değerlere vurgu yapan Arif Nihat, sade ve heyecan dolu üslubuyla şiirlerine ayrı bir can katmıştır. Şairimiz belirli kriterlere bağlı kalmayıp kendisine has bir uslüp oluşturmaya çalışmıştır.
