Making Some Time to Work Out

Lately, I've been working so many hours on the computer each day and I've been gaining a lot of weight over the past year. Don't get me wrong, I've always been pretty skinny and my goal was to gain some weight... Looks like I should have been careful for what I wished for. lol. In the past year I've gained about 25 pounds and I'm feeling a little pudgy in the middle.

In my time to gain weight, I haven't really been exercising that often. Sometimes I would do a few side bends every other week but that was about it. In that same time, I've been eating a little more. It was certainly a conscious decision to eat more, especially proteins and fats. Now that I'm around the weight where I want to be I've decided to start exercising more right now. I guess you could say I was bulking up, but without working out it's pointless.

With that being the case, I'll be devoting a few minutes everyday to just exercising. Dumbbells, pushups, squats and crunches, I'll do whatever I can to get to a place where I feel like I look good. Don't get me wrong, I don't view myself as bad looking. lol It's always a good idea to make some time to workout and stay healthy.
Anybody else doing the same thing now?
