This is close to what I remember as a child growing up. I didn't have a lot of friends because living in the boondocks meant having no people around us. Going fishing was just something we did to spend the day outside. When I move to the city everyone had computers and they had apps that make a game of going fishing as if it was something people did 100s of years ago. It just kind of struck me strange and for a long time I looked at my new friends as kind of retarded, not in the mean sense like I'm calling them names or think less of them but like they don't know what its like to really go fishing, they think its a game lol but in true life it's much more.

Its mind building teaches you how to wait and be patience, and that's something I don't see in kids today, they don't have the means to learn patience. Sometimes we forget that the simple things in life teach us the basics of life and when we try to shortcut that we take a big hit in humanity as a whole.

How a simple picture can change your perception of life and teach you things that you never experienced, what do I mean? Well....none of the events happen at all and I was expressing the words that came to mind, it was teaching me about things I never thought about or knew about until I observed my own artwork. That is powerful, that knowledge that wasn't apart of me before was open up to me as if I had experienced it my self. When you have problems and depressed or trying to figure out important things just sit back enjoy looking at your favoret art and just admire it, let your mind open and take it all in, when you go express what you feel about that painting,picture,art work you will find your self saying things that could help you solve your bigger problems. This works for some, maybe it will work for you. Enjoy
