One run, four stories, five posts, not to mention tribes

in #exhaust7 years ago

I just finished a 4.945km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:29ss !

Can one tiny run be an inspiration? Can you produce anything from the short activity in the woods? Of course, you can. You can produce everything from anything. It's called imagination and storytelling.

We humans have a unique gift. We are able to recollect, retrospect and tell stories.

For example, run this afternoon. I took a somewhat prolonged loop and was able to enjoy it fully.

The cover photo shows you that four glimpses caught my imagination. Can I tell you the stories behind them? Can I make them into articles and publish them on Steem platform? In addition, can I use this confusing and invigorating novelty of tribes and publish under different accounts and on separate frontends?

You can see how many possibilities you have been offered by half an hour spent in the woods. Amazing, isn't it?

The run

Since I am a bit under the weather, I took this run as a go out and sweat the cold opportunity. Short, up and down, mostly in the forest. Tomorrow I plan to do the same. While on Saturday it will be another story. A journey awaits.

Good job man! I don’t run, but walking for an hour also feels good. Being outside, breathing fresh air indeed triggers a lot of thoughts.

Thanks! Walking is great, congrats! As long as you are moving regularly outdoors you are a winner. You save the world every time you go for a walk :)

You have uploaded 124 running activities, and 20 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 20 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 96.68 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:22 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 7.176min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
