Steem wars day 7: Flora and Fauna in the Philippines! Ceasefire as we almost unleashed the beast, by teamphilippines
Today marks a peace day for Steemwars as @sirknight has declared that their troops are going home. We did the same but made sure our Defense are locked and loaded
They were about to be unleashed but we made a good decision of using them as defense.
look at the size of this stinky bombs, its called "Rafflessia Manillana" it was named after Sir Stamford Raffles the founder of Singapore who first obtained the specimen in Manila, this particular specie of its kind is the largest and endemic, it has a foul-smelling flower and is pollinated by carrion flies.
they are so cute but they could see your every move and you wont even noticed that you are being followed, this animal is called the "Tarsier". And is considered as the world's smallest primate, it measures only about 12 centimeters in length. It has two very big eyes that does not move as it is missing the upper protective tissue called a tapetrum. So it learned to turn its head 180 degrees. Its actually a very peaceful animal, but like i said it could literally see you anywhere you go and you wont ever hear it as it follows your every move.
the night time blood sucking drone, look at the size of that its like a big dog with wings, its called the "Giant golden-crowned flying fox" its mostly located in the virgin forest of Subic bay and Bataan it is obviously the worlds largest Bat and actually its a peaceful bat too as it only eats fruits. But dont ever get it mad as it can bite and take you to the batcave!
the daytime monkey eating drone or the Philippine Eagle one of the world's largest eagle, and is almost extinct, it is also known as the monkey eating eagle as it feed on them too. They are one of the largest, rarest and powerful birds in the world, so i dont think you want to mess with this bad boys.
We also have the largest clam with its largest pearl in the world, this is our national treasure, the largest pearl is called "the Pearl of Lao Tzu" the pearl weighs 14 lbs and measures 9.5 inches long and 5.5 inch in diameter. It is valued at $42million and is believed to be 600 of age and that is just one of many Pearls that we have and is heavily guarded by our Defense system!

Hehe, thank you @sirknight, yes i those are really big, i saw them when i was young as the sleep not in the caves but in yhe trees by the shade at daylight, and i was just a kid back then and they were almost my size.
There would be epic pokemon battles between Phillipines and Australia's fauna for sure XD
I love those flying foxes! I wanted one as a pet for a long time. Ahhh tarsiers are adorable! And I remember learning about those giant stinkflowers, they're awesome XD
Good idea to keep them for defence in case you ever get invaded again :)
(I don't know if you saw the steemwars wrapup sketchy I did, I got the Phillipine eagle to take on the American bald eagle because out of all the team countries that participated for that day Phillipines was the only other one that had a bird that could fly XD)
