BASIC GUIDE FOR REPUJADO IN METAL PART 5
Hi esteemed steemit community, in the guide we talked about how it was appropriate to make some effect around the main embossed figure, in order to give it a quality finish, since it allows us to cover any error or unwanted detail on the aluminum foil.
The tools we need can be seen below:
a) Surface hard as wood or glass and other soft as a sheet of paper, folded in two or more parts.
b) Profiles of rounded tips.
In this opportunity we will do the second effect called the lost one, this one consists of scribbling with the profiler in different directions, upwards, downwards, on one side and the other, trying to traverse the surface of the sheet.
You continue to cover the entire surface of the aluminum.
In the next photograph you can clearly see the lost effect.
Here we can compare both effects, and be able to see the difference between one and the other
In the next guide we will work with a tool called brush, and we will give another effect to aluminum.
