Steemit Payouts in June
June was another interesting month on Steemit. Many new accounts, Hardfork 19 and more power for the minnows.

The following graph shows the daily payouts in June for posts excluding payouts on comments
A few months ago the daily payout fund was much less but with the increase in the price of Steem over june the daily fund was in the range of 43k to 128k per day.
The raw data taken for these graphs is from Steemdata.com by @furion.
In a post from last week I analysed the payouts in June but we were still waiting on a lot of payouts to be finalised. Many authors noticed the value of their posts dropping over the week as a consequence of the days following HF19.

In my last post on this topic, Post Payouts Since HF19, I showed the pending payouts at that stage (in green)
We can see comparing this graph to the first graph that the pending payouts (green bars) dropped significantly since last week. Some of this was due to a fall in the Steem price and some was due to the post HF19 "rebalancing".
On a positive note, with the exception of the days around the HF19 switchover, the daily payouts seem to be now back in a more healthy and sustainable range.
100k per day!!!
The main takeaway from this post is that on daily basis in June, Steemit was providing an income to authors and curators for their content to the tune of more than 100k per day.
Comments
This analysis excludes the money that people earned from commenting on posts. I am currently doing some processing on the data which is taking some time, there were a lot of comments in June!

Wow thanks for the data... Data looks to be good after giving hardfork 19 some time 😀
It probably seems still a little high since the price has dropped quite a bit in the last few weeks.
Since there are 200,000 Steemit accounts, who earned 50 bucks a day? I sure didn't...
The payouts are definitely skewed and as more people join the platform the averages will drop but whatever you get (for the average joe) is infinitely more than you get for posting on other social media.
