Hello good evening. I believe we are doing perfectly good and hope too we had great day.
I welcome you all to blog and I must appreciate the little support I'm getting from the community members. It has been an interesting so far and this has motivated me to come out this post as a motivation and guidelines to most newbies on the blockchain network.
I remember perfectly well, @awuahbenjamin told me that steemit is not for the lazy people. It takes dedication and hard work to succeed on the blockchain network and I've come to realize that whatever he said is absolutely the truth.

Well, most joined with just the sweet words from the up-liner, but trust we all can attest to the fact, there is no short cut to the Palm tree.

Is on based on this that I composed this piece to serve as a guide to we newbies, I stand for correction and your guidance as well, Please don't forget to leave comments after reading Thank You.

So What is Required of A Newbie.

As a Newbie, we must spend much time on reading from others, We must read more post and comments as well. Upvotes more post and possibly resteem as this won't cause us anything. By so doing, we create connection with others. Just as by chatting on Facebook, we create friendship, in the same way, we can create that cohesion when we visit others post .

As a newbie, we must try as much as possible to complete our Achievement task posts. Though is not easy completing the Achievement task but this will make us be familiar with steemit and how it works.

Another important requirement of a newbie is by being creative on steemit. This might sound a little confusing, but having observed things on steemit for a while, Steemit is indeed for those who are creative and able to adapt to new changes on the blockchain. Especially by coming up with ways by which steemit can Improve now and the future. The recent introduction of #club5050, #club75 and #club100 is such a creative way to help ourselves on the blockchain.
I am definitely in support of this great initiative and willing to power up more to see myself growing on the blockchain

One thing about steemit which is so true is that, everyone here once was a newbie and through hard work, they are now at where they are now. That was hard work and dedication.
Just as life demands from us, Life is always successful for those who never give up and able to turn fortunes into opportunities. Steemit is all about being true to ourselves. We all have that special thing that makes us unique among our peers and this is what steemit to to see us doing. Steemit embraces all kinds of talents with all those community on the steemit.

I believe when we observed and work towards improving ourselves on the blockchain, we will definitely reach where we want to reach and soon become A WHALE.
